Privacy

Last updated 5 October 2026.

Short version: this site collects almost nothing, and the one interactive thing on it never sends your answers anywhere.

Who we are

Datum Editorial is the trading name of Datum Editorial Private Limited, a company registered in Nepal. You can reach us at shreya@datumeditorial.com.

The diagnostic on the home page

It runs entirely inside your browser. Your six answers and your score are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, nothing is stored after you close the tab, and there is no email field anywhere on the page. We cannot see what you answered.

Fonts and files

Every font, image and script the page needs is served from this domain. Loading the page makes no request to Google, to a font service, or to any other third party, so nobody else learns that you visited.

Booking a call

If you click a booking button, the scheduling tool loads at that point and not before. What you type into it, your name, your email and anything you add, goes to that scheduling provider and to us, and their own privacy policy applies to the booking itself. We use it to prepare for and hold the call. If you do not book, no third party is contacted at all.

Calls are recorded

We record our calls on Zoom, audio only, and turn them into written transcripts, which we use to prepare and check our work. Recordings are deleted 97 days after the call, which for clients is 90 days after the delivery deadline, as the contract says.

Tools that handle your data

Calendly for booking, Zoom for calls and recordings, a transcription service for written transcripts, Tally for our forms, Notion for your delivery page, Google Workspace for our client records, Make to send our emails, Namecheap for our email accounts, and SignNow for contracts.

Your LinkedIn account

We never ask for access to your account and we never log in as you.

What we do not do

No advertising pixels. No retargeting. No data sold, rented or shared with advertisers. No mailing list you did not ask to join.

Your rights, and how to use them

Write to shreya@datumeditorial.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.
